3. Select a telephone system name to see a list of the reports available.
The TELECOM BILLING SYSTEM reports page appears.
Note: Click Site/System at the bottom of the screen to return to the
main Telecom Billing System
4. Select a report from one of the five categories. They are described in
Types of TBS reports (p. 25).
5. The report screen opens in a new window. Tailor your report using
the available filters and click RunReport. See Report Filters (p. 26)
for more information.
The report window has four buttons:
RunReport
Click RunReport
Reset
Click Reset to clear the filter selections back to the default.
Close
Click Close to close this window.
Help
Click Help to launch a new help window to find information about
using the Telecom Billing System.
