Telecom Billing System Web
reporting
Overview
Telecom Billing System (TBS) is the Telephony Manager Web-based
reporting, telephone cost accounting, and billing tool for your telephone
system.
Note: Your system administrator determines your access rights and
which features you can use with the TBS Web reporting tool. Contact
your system administrator for more information.
With TBS you can:
•
collect call records from your telephone system
•
calculate usage costs based on defined rates and configurations
•
allocate costs to the appropriate users or departments in your
organization
•
generate TBS reports about the calling activities of your organization
by using your intranet or internet server
Using TBS Web reporting
To access the TBS Web reporting page:
1. Log on to Desktop Services. See Logging on to Desktop Services
(p. 7) for more information.
2. Click on
Billing Reports
The
TELECOM BILLING SYSTEM (ASSETS REPORT LIST)
appears on the right side of the screen. See Figure 5 on page 24.
