Troubleshooting

If you cannot connect to the VPN Router 1750 using your browser, check the
following items:

Ensure that you entered the correct IP address in the browser window.
Type a known URL in the browser window to ensure that your network
connection is good.
Check that the management IP address that you configured is on the same
subnet as the physical LAN attached to the gateway.
Ensure that your PC is running a supported browser, either Internet Explorer
Version 5.5 or later, or Netscape Navigator 4.79 or 6.2.
Check the physical connections on the VPN Router 1750, especially the LAN
cables and the power cord.
