If the oil level lies at the MIN
mark refill using only engine oil
that meets Ford's specifications.
Approximately 0.5 - 1.0 litre of
engine oil will raise the level of the
oil film on the dipstick from the
MIN to the MAX mark.
Only top up to the upper mark
(MAX). Never top up above the
MAX mark.
Engine oil filler cap
To open, turn in the direction of the
arrow and pull. Do not open the cap
while the engine is running.
Do not use oil additives or
other engine treatments.
These are unnecessary and
could, under certain condi-
tions, lead to engine damage
which is not covered by the
warranty.
Empty and used oil containers
must not be disposed of in the
household refuse waste. Use
your local authorised waste
disposal facility when dispos-
ing of these.
