8. The pump must be packaged in such a way that it will not be damaged during
transport and so that no harmful substances can escape from the package.
9. Pumps having no frequency converter (standard single or three-phase motor) and
having an exhaust port smaller than DN40 are not suitable for a continuous
operation above 100 mbar absolute inlet pressure. Such operating conditions
above 100 mbar absolute can damage the pump or its motor and lead to oil leaks.
Typically, these pumps are used on equipment requiring an inlet pressure usually
lower than 30 mbar absolute in continuous operation.
