• Make sure the cord does not come in contact with sharp or
hot objects and keep it away from open fire. Never pull the
power cord to unplug it from the socket, always pull the plug
instead.
• WARNING! When positioning the appliance, ensure the supply

Special safety instructions
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used
near children.
• When carrying the unit be sure to hold the body with both
hands. Do not carry the unit by the hoppper plate or head.
• Do not fix the cutting blade and cutting plate when using kib-
be attachment.
• Never push products by hand. Use food pusher.
• Do not grind hard food such as bones, nuts, etc.
• Do not grind ginger and other materials with hard fiber.
• Continuous running of meat grinder should be not more than
10 minutes with the following 10minutes interval for motor
cooling.
• Operate the unit from "I" to "REV" or from "REV" to "I" after
the previous working condition stops more than 30 seconds,
or it may cuase some unnormal case such as moving up and
down and easily destroy the unit.
• To avoid jamming, do not force to operate the unit with ex-
cessive pressure.
Intended use
• The device is intended only for grinding boned meat, not fro-
zen, with a positive temperature. Any other use may lead to
damage of the appliance or personal injury.
• Operating the appliance for any other purpose shall be
deemed a misuse of the device. The user shall be solely liable
for improper use of the device.
Grounding installation
This appliance is classified as protection class I and must be
connected to a protective ground. Grounding reduces the risk
of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the electric
current.
This appliance is fitted with a power cord with grounding plug
or electrical connections with grounding wire. The connections
must be properly installed and grounded.

Preparation before use
• Remove all protective packaging and wrapping.
• Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged and with
all accessories. In case of incomplete delivery and damages.
Please contact supplier immediately. Do not use the appli-
ance.
• Clean the appliance before use (See == > Cleaning & Main-
tenance).
• Check that voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds
the mains voltage in your home.
• Wash other parts except body(motor housing) in warm soapy
water. Wash all parts (except body) in warm soapy water. Be-
fore plug in (P) make sure the rotary switch in the „OFF" po-
sition.
• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in
the future.
