While WLAN Management Software collects graphical or tabular data, it might take longer to display data in one area
than it does in another. Consequently, WLAN Management Software will show the message "Loading data, please
wait," in the chart or table area. However, WLAN Management Software allows you to view data from another view
while it collects data from the previously selected view. In other words, WLAN Management Software will load selected
data in the background so that you can view corresponding data in another section. Refresh WLAN Management
Software data by clicking the refresh icon
and graphs by clicking the print icon

Status Summary

The Status Summary view is located in the upper left corner of the Content panel and shows the status of the devices in
your network. The following list includes some of the information available in the Status Summary view:
• Available devices
• Inactive devices
• Availability status
• Alarm status
• MAC addresses
• Serial numbers

Alarm Summary

The Alarm Summary view is located in the upper right corner of the Content panel and shows the current alarms for the
selected scope. The alarms are organized by category and alarm type.
WLAN Management Software displays the following types of alarms, or faults:
• System
• Performance
• Client
• Security
WLAN Management Software displays one of the following status modes for each of the previous alarms:
• Information
• Minor
• Major
• Critical
