SK00-9662-EI-103-00 Specification Pirani vacuum gauge SWU10-U is a vacuum gauge that can measure pressure in low vacuum. The SWU10-U is a vacuum gauge that connects to an Android/Windows devices and uses the Android/Windows application "UL-MOBI" for measurement. The I/O connector of SWU10-U uses USB2.0 Micro-B, and it connects with Android/Windows devices using USB cable.

Adjusting method Zero point adjustment and atmospheric pressure adjustment can be performed with UL- MOBI by connecting an Android/Windows device with UL-MOBI installed to SWU10-U with a USB cable. Based on the signal from the sensor, it automatically determines whether to perform zero point adjustment or atmospheric pressure adjustment.

How to use UL-MOBI This chapter describes the dedicated application "UL-MOBI". The SWU10-U can be connected to an Android/Windows device with UL-MOBI installed that can be downloaded from the following site using a USB cable, and various settings and status can be checked on the Android/Windows devices.

When you connect the SWU10-U and the Android device with a USB cable, UL-MOBI will automatically start up and you will be in the CONNECT state with the SWU10-U. Even if you connect the SWU10-U and an Android device with a USB cable while UL-MOBI is running, it will automatically be in the CONNECT state with the SWU10-U.

Tests at ULVAC showed that the same accuracy as that at the start of operation can be maintained by conducting adjustment about once a month under the following conditions.
