SECTION 7 - TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
None of the functions will
work
Functions are slow
The Winders are stalling out Not enough tractor pressure
The Drive Wheels are stalling

TRACTOR HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Possible Cause
No Hydraulic Flow
Tractor hoses are backwards
Low hydraulic fluid
Not enough tractor pressure
Low hydraulic fluid
Low hydraulic fluid
Spools are full
To many functions are running at one
time
Not enough tractor pressure
Low hydraulic fluid
To many functions are running at one
time
There is too much traction
Make sure the Tractor Hydraulic lever is locked in
position for continuous flow.
Use a different tractor port.
Reverse the hoses on the tractor.
Reverse the tractor lever position.
Fill the tractor hydraulic reservoir
Increase the tractor pressure.
Increase the tractor RPMS
Fill the tractor hydraulic reservoir
Increase the tractor pressure.
Increase the tractor RPMS
Fill the tractor hydraulic reservoir
Remove the plastic, and restart the bag.
Run one function at a time
Increase the tractor pressure.
Increase the tractor RPMS
Fill the tractor hydraulic reservoir
Run one function at a time
Operate the machine without the drive wheels.
