REMOVING THE PLASTIC
FROM THE SPOOLS:
Before removing the plastic from the
spools, the plastic needs to be cut from the
remaining portion of the bag.
NOTE: The plastic can be removed
whenever the operator prefers. This
is helpful to make smaller, more
manageable bales.
1. Remove the two clips holding the inner
spool plate in place.
2. Remove the securing bolt, lock washer
and flat washer from the outside of the
spool shaft.

3. Remove the bushing spacer from the
bearing on the spool door.
4. Open the spool door and remove the outer
spool plate.
NOTE: The plastic that was threaded
through the holes may have to be cut
off before the outer plate can be
removed.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 on the opposite side.
