Lower the Bag Lift Roller
2. Lower the Bag Lift Roller so that it is just
off the ground. The Conveyor will be
resting on the Position Pin.
CONNECTING THE BAG TO

THE SPOOLS:
NOTE: If the plastic does not make it to the
spools, some grain will need to be
removed.
1. Before connecting the plastic, make sure
spools are in the operational position.
 The bag removal cylinders are
completely retracted
 The inner spool plates are in place
and the securing pins are installed.
 The outer plate is in place.

 The door is closed.
 The bushing is inserted correctly.
 The bolt is properly tightened.

2. Route the Bag

 Route the bag to the spools as follows.
Above Horizontal
Frame Guide Roller
a) The bottom plastic goes under the
Gathering Auger, under the Clean
Out Auger, above the Bag Lift
Roller, above the Horizontal
Frame Guide Roller, and connects
to the Spools.
Over Bag
Lift Roller
Under Clean
Out Auger
Under Gath-
ering Auger
