SWITCHING FROM OPERATION
TO TRANSPORT POSITION:

DANGER Make sure to block the tires to
ensure the Grain Bag Unloader will
not roll during the switching process.
NOTE: The truck auger must be in the
transport position before unhooking
the GBU from the tractor.
 For pictures and instructions, refer to
pages 4-1 thru 4-7 "Switching from
transport to operation position" and
follow the instructions in reverse.
1. Use the "Auger Swing" valve to swing
the Truck Auger into the center position.
2. Use the "Auger Fold" valve to fold the
Top Truck Auger. It will rest in the auger
cradle.
3. Adjust the conveyor position pin to the
transport position (see page 4-5 thru 4-6,
"Adjust the Conveyor Position pin" for
instructions).
4. Unhook the two hydraulic hoses from the
tractor and store them in the "tear drop"
holes in the bulkhead bracket.
5. Unhook the PTO Drive Shaft (see page 4-
3 "Connect the PTO drive shaft) for
instructions).
6. Fold the Gathering Auger extensions into
the Transport position
7. Fold the Bag Lift Roller Wing into the
Transport Position.
8. Support the machine using the two
implement jacks.
9. Unhook the 3 pt hitch and pull the tractor
ahead a few feet.
10. Remove the pin holding the trailer hitch
in the operation position and lower the
hitch to the ground.

11. Remove the top tube from its operation
location.
12. Install the two pins to secure the top tube
in transport position.
13. Connect the tractor to the trailer hitch.
14. Turn both implement jacks to Transport
position.
