SWITCHING TRUCKS:

When the transport container is full,
disengage the "Drive Wheel" and
"Winder" valve.
The handle
will be hori-
zontal for the
"OFF" posi-
tion
Turn the conveyor ball valve off (handle
will be perpendicular to the in and out
ports). When the truck auger is empty,
idle down the tractor and turn off the
PTO.
Once an empty transport container is in
position to be filled. Start the PTO and
increase the RPMS to the operating
speed.
The handle
will be verti-
cal for the
"ON" posi-
tion
Turn the conveyor ball valve to the on
position (handle will be parallel to the in
and out ports). Engage the "Drive
Wheel" and "Winder" valves. Make sure
the operation pressure is were it needs to
be. Adjust the wheel and spool speeds
according.
NOTE: It may take a few seconds to get back
to a steady pressure. Watch the
gauge closely for the minute of
operation to ensure proper working
pressure is achieved.

END OF THE BAG:
When using the Drive Wheels, run them
until the GBU gathering augers get to the
"Bull nose". Stop the drive wheels and
use just the Winders. The GBU will stay
stationary and the Bull Nose will "Roll"
towards it. This will continue until the 2
x 4s' roll out from under the bag and lay
across the back of the gathering augers.
Turn the Conveyor Cut Out Ball Valve
"OFF" to disengage the gathering augers
and conveyor. Once the truck auger is
empty, shut off the PTO and idle down
the tractor.
There are two ways to proceed at this
point.
1. If moving to another bag, lift the
conveyor (bag still attached) using the
bag lift roller. Cut open the next bag and
back the GBU into starting position. Cut
the plastic between the spools and the
horizontal bag guide roller. The previous
bag and the remaining grain will fall into
the new bag. Remove the left over plastic
and 2 x 4s'. Remove the plastic from the
spools. Follow the Getting Started In The
Bag Instructions ( see page 4-1) to
continue unloading in the new bag.
2. If the previous method is not preferred or
there are no more bags to unload, cut the
bag between the spools and the horizontal
bag guide roller. Use the Drive Wheels to
remove the GBU from the remaining
portion of the bag. There will be a small
amount of grain left in the bag which will
need to be removed by an outside source.
Remove the plastic from the spools.
