Audio Delay

The DAC 102 supports up to 100 ms of audio delay for correcting lip sync issues. Lip sync
issues occur when the video content does not match the timing of the audio.
Audio delay can be adjusted from a PC via SIS commands (see
page 18) or PCS (see

TOSLINK and S/PDIF RCA Inputs

Digital PCM/LPCM 2-channel audio from either coaxial RCA or TOSLINK source devices
can be used.

Front Panel Features
Power status LED — Lights green to indicate the unit is powered.
TOSLINK input status LED (1)— Lights green to indicate active TOSLINK input.
TOSLINK fiber optic input — Connect a digital audio source using a TOSLINK fiber
optic cable to convert S/PDIF digital audio to analog audio.
S/PDIF RCA input status LED (2) — Lights green to indicate active S/PDIF RCA
input.
S/PDIF RCA input — Connect a digital audio source using a coaxial RCA cable to
convert S/PDIF digital audio to analog audio.
