Set INTERCOM RECEIVE SELECT on the INTERCOM page of the OPERATION menu to "SEPARATE".

Set channels (left, right, and both) of items INTERCOM (or ENG, PROD)
To adjust the volume of your voice

Set volume in SIDE TONE on the INTERCOM page of the OPERATION menu.
