OVEN CONTROLS
Bread Proof
Bread proofing creates the best conditions for yeast
to multiply and cause your dough to rise.
1. Touch Oven Modes and scroll to Bread Proof.
2. Touch Bread Proof: Shows Bread Proof 100°F
(38°C).
3. Touch START.
NOTE
Check often to prevent over-proofing.

Convection Roast
Convection roast combines a cook cycle with the
convection fan and elements to rapidly roast meats
and poultry. Heated air circulates around the meat
from all sides, sealing in juices and flavors. Meats
cooked with this feature are crispy and brown on
the outside while staying moist inside.
WARNING
Should an oven fire occur, close the oven door
and turn the oven off. If the fire continues, use a
fire extinguisher. Do not put water or flour on the
fire. Flour may be explosive and water can cause a
grease fire to spread and cause personal injury.
CAUTION
Always use pot holders or oven mitts when using
the oven. When cooking, the oven interior, oven
racks, and cooktop will become very hot which can
cause burns.
To use convection roast at a temperature of
350°F (177°C):
1. Touch Oven Mode and scroll to Convection
Roast.
2. Touch Convection Roast.
3. Set desired temperature or use default of 350°.
4. Touch START.
5. Option to set Cook Time.
6. Touch START. Preheating the oven is not neces-
sary.
7. When cooking is completed or to cancel Convec-
tion Roast press ON/OFF.
