6. OPERATION
If the power down timer feature takes effect, follow the steps below to restore
normal operation.
1. Remove the key from the key switch.
2. Reinsert the key and power the scooter.

6.3 FREEWHEEL MODE

If the user needs/wants to push the scooter a short distance, the scooter can be put
into freewheel mode.
Locate the manual freewheel lever at the top right of the rear section.
1. Pull upwards on the manual freewheel lever to disable the motor & brake
system. (The user can push the scooter.)
2. Push downwards on the manual freewheel lever to re-engage the motor & brake
system; (The user cannot push the scooter.)
Ensure the free wheel lever is engaged in the 'DRIVE' position before driving the
scooter.
Ensure free wheel lever is disengaged in the 'NEUTRAL' position before pushing the
scooter.
WARNING! When the Scooter is in freewheel mode, the braking system is
disengaged.
Only disengage the motor & brake on a level surface.
Ensure the key is removed from the key switch.
Stand to the side of the scooter when engaging/disengaging
freewheel mode.
After moving the scooter in freewheel, return it to Drive Mode to
engage the brake.
WARNING! Remove the key from the key switch before switching the
scooter to freewheel mode. Never sit on the scooter whilst in freewheel
mode. Do not put the scooter in freewheel mode on any incline.
