9.0 OPERATION

The SmartDRY™ Cabinet has been pre-programmed to meet the requirement of J-STD 033 for the safe storage
of Moisture Sensitive Components. No additional programming is required. However, should you wish to re-
view these setting or make changes to the setting to meet some other requirements, this can be done using
the Menu System for programming the SmartDRY™ SD Series Dry Cabinets. The complete list of the program-
mable features are described below.
THE SMARTBAKE™ IS AN OPTIONAL FEATURE OFFERED BY ECD. THIS SECTION INCLUDES HOW TO
ACCESS SMARTBAKE™ MENU OPTIONS. IF YOUR SMARTDRY™ CABINET DOES NOT INCLUDE THE
SMARTBAKE™ MODULE THE MENU BUTTON IS DIMMED.
To enter the Main Menu press the Menu button. Use the buttons to select a desired option. To exit the
screen, select the Back button which takes you "Back" to the previous menu.
THE MENU SYSTEM, IF LEFT UNATTENDED, WILL TIME OUT AND RETURN TO THE MAIN DISPLAY.
WHEN ACCESSING OPTIONS THAT REQUIRE A PASSCODE THE SYSTEM DEFAULT PASSCODE IS 314.
AS YOU ENTER PROTECTED OPTIONS, YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO ENTER IT USING THE UP OR
DOWN BUTTONS. ONCE SELECTED, ALL LOCKED OPTIONS REMAIN "UNLOCKED" UNTIL YOU RE-
TURN TO THE MAIN DISPLAY.
1) When prompted, Press and hold the Up or Down button to navigate to Passcode 314.
Press the OK button to be able to edit the protected field.
