6 – USE OF MACHINE
6.1 Starting the machine and filling
the boiler with water
Open the water shut-off valve.
Bring the lever of the omnipolar power switch to
the "ON" position.
Bringing the switch (Fig. 01A; pos. 10) or by
pressing the switch (Fig.01; pos.10), checking
that the light comes on. In position "1" (red light
on Fig. 01A; pos. 8) or the switch pressed (white
light on) the water load in the boiler activates; af-
ter 120 seconds of loading the machine goes into
alarm mode; return the switch to the "0" position
and repeat the operation by acting on the same
switch a few times until the pump has fully loaded
the boiler and it will no longer start.
Once the minimum level has been reached, the
green light (Fig. 01-01A; pos. 15) will light up
and the switch (Fig. 01A; pos. 10) can be brought
in position 2 to activate the resistance and the
orange light will come on (Fig. 01-01A; pos. 9).
Wait until the boiler pressure gauge (Fig. 01-01A;
pos. 11) shows a pressure between 1 and 1.2 bar
(0.1 - 0.12 MPa) before using the machine.

6.2 Heating

To make sure that the machine has reached the
right thermal balance between temperature and
pressure, when the boiler pressure gauge shows
a pressure between 1 and 1.2 bar (0.1 - 0.12
MPa), open the steam tap (Fig. 01-01A; pos. 1)
and release the steam into the drip basin 2 or 3
times.
The green light (Fig. 01-01A; pos. 15), if off, in-
dicates that the water level in the boiler is too low.
The orange light (Fig. 01-01A; pos. 9), if on,
indicates that the resistor is switched on.
Warning:
when the green light (Fig. 01-01A; pos. 15) is
switched off, a safety device does not allow the
machine to function; contact the technical assis-
tance service.

(Fig. 06-13; pos. a-b-c-d) based on the dose
to dispense.
To change the programming of doses, follow the
instructions indicated in paragraph 5.7 of this
booklet.
The machine is pre-configured for continuous
output:
1) start dispensing by pressing the continuous
dispensing key (Fig. 06-13; pos. f).
2) top dispensing once the desired amount quan-
tity has been reached, by pressing the continu-
ous dispensing key again (Fig. 06-13; pos. f).
Warning: The machine has an auto-
matic safety device that stops continu-
ous output after the third consecutive
litre.

6.4 Steam supply

1) To prevent the liquid from being sucked back
into the boiler, discharge the steam by turning
the knob (Fig. 01-01A; pos. 1).
