14. Assemble the valve housing (27) and the meter
housing (10) while gently pulling the solenoid wires
(14a) through the access hole on the meter housing
(10) (F . 51).

15. Replace the two cap screws (22) and torque to 60
to 72 in-lbs (6.78 to 8.13 N•m), see F
19.
16. Reconnect the solenoid wires (14a) to the terminal
block on the bezel (1). The wires are polarity
independent so place one wire in each terminal
opening, see F . 40 on page 19.

Optional - replace batteries (36) with four (4) new
alkaline batteries.
17. Route the solenoid and the battery wires as shown
in F . 5 on page 9.

18. Position the bezel (1) so the display is in the upright
position when holding the valve.
19. Reassemble the bezel (1) to the meter housing (10),
see F . 39 on page 19.

20. Replace the four screws (9) and torque to 15 to 25
in-lbs (1.69 to 2.82 N•m), see F
21. Reassemble the impact guard (37), see F
page 18.
22. Replace the meter onto the hose.
