4. Replace the two cap screws (22) and torque to 60
to 72 in-lbs (6.78 to 8.13 N•m), see F
11.
5. Reconnect the solenoid wires (14a) to the terminal
block on the bezel (1). The wires are polarity
independent so place one wire in each terminal
opening, see F
. 9 on page 10.

NOTE: Take care not to damage solenoid wire (14a).
Optional - replace batteries (36) with four (4) new
alkaline batteries.
6. Route the solenoid and the battery wires as shown
in F
. 5 on page 9.

7. Position the bezel (1) so the display is in the upright
position when holding the valve.
8. Reassemble the bezel (1) to the meter housing (10),
see F
. 8 on page 10.

9. Replace the four screws (9) and torque to 15 to 25
in-lbs (1.69 to 2.82 N•m), see F
10. Reassemble the impact guard (37), see F
page 10.
11. Replace the meter onto the hose.

Disassembly
1. Follow Pressure Relief Procedure, page 7.
2. Loosen the swivel (33) from the hose and remove
the meter, then move to a work bench for repair.
