(press "MENU" key → select "Toolbox" → select "Calendar")
You can save up to 200 calendar entries, ranging from appointments, multiday events, special occasions and days off. A
multiday event is an event which lasts for two days or more.
Calendar
To display the calendar, press the MENU key and select Toolbox and Calendar.
Press the key
to display the
previous month.
Press the # key to
display the next
month.
Press the Right/
Left key to select
a day.
Press the SK1
(New) to add a
new entry.

To display a day view

Select the date you want to display on the
Weekly or Monthly screen and press the
Enter key.

Press the Options menu key on the
Weekly or Monthly screen. Select Jump
to date and press the Enter key. Enter the
date you want to display according to the
Format setting in the Date and time on
page 70.
The Calendar screen shows all entries for the
selected date.
Press the SK2 (Weekly/Monthly) to switch
between Weekly calendar
