Changing Configuration Information

After completing the Configuration Wizard the first time that you run
MeetingPoint, you can change the configuration information through the System
Properties dialog boxes. The System Properties are accessible from several
locations.
The table below describes the quickest way to access the configuration information
that you entered in the Configuration Wizard.
User Information In the Conference Panel, right-click and then click
LAN
or
Online
Directories
Pan/Tilt/Zoom

Properties. In the Properties dialog box, click the User
Data icon.

Double-click the Gatekeeper icon in the Conference
Panel tray.

5700 VFA-managed versions only
In the Conference Panel, click the Network arrow
and then click H.323 Properties.
If the system is not registered with a GateKeeper:

In the Conference Panel, right-click and then click
Properties. In the Properties dialog box, click the
Communication icon.
Non-5700 VFA applications only

In the Conference Panel, click the Dialer arrow and
then click Properties. The Address Book
Properties dialog box appears with the General tab
open.
