Product description
This equipment is intended for professional use and to be used by professionals.
The TPS-mobile is an integrated system with a turbomolecolar pump (TwisTorr 74
FS, Twistorr 305 FS, TwisTorr 305 FSQ, Turbo-V 551) for high and ultra-high
vacuum applications associated with its relevant controller and its primary pump.
The system can pump any type of gas or gas compound. It is not suitable for
pumping liquids or solid particles.
The pumping action is obtained through a high speed turbine (max. 70000 rpm)
driven by a high-performance electric motor.
It is free of contaminating agents and, therefore, is suitable for applications
requiring a "clean" vacuum.
The TPS-mobile also has auxiliary connectors through which it is possible to control
the vent valve, to drive it remotely via a host computer connected by serial line.
