Using Other Features

Using PBX Features

Note: Not all features may be available on your system. Talk to your system
administrator for information on which features are available.
Auto Answer
When you enable Auto Answer, incoming calls are automatically answered at the first ring.
You can enable/disable Auto Answer from the Settings section or the system tray icon.
Call Forward
You can change your call forward profile from the Settings section or the system tray icon.
See "Creating Call Forward Profiles" on page 47 for information on creating and editing call
forward profiles.
Do Not Disturb
When you enable Do Not Disturb, callers get a busy tone, and a message indicating you
do not wish to be disturbed (for example, XXXX NO DIST). You can enable/disable Do Not
Disturb from the Settings section or the system tray icon.
Other PBX features
You can access other PBX features using Feature Access Codes. See your system
administrator for a list of available Feature Access Codes.
Note: You can only use feature Access Codes starting with # or * with Your Assistant.

Starting an MSN Instant Messenger Chat Session

When one of your contacts in your Quick List contains MSN Instant Messenger account
information, and MSN Instant Messenger is running, the MSN icon (
that contact's name (if the contact is not logged on MSN, the icon is greyed out).
