Connecting the water coils
The WIZARDX units require hydraulic connections to the condensate drains and to the inlets and outlets of the pre and post-heating
coils available as accessories.
The connections for the water system of the coils are indicated below:
The inlet and outlet are marked with these labels affixed directly on the machine.
INFORMATION:
Install an expansion vessel with a safety valve in the hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic circuit must
be sized according to the applicable laws in force.
The hydraulic circuit must not obstruct the opening of the inspection doors of the WIZARDX unit, and must not obstruct removal of
the heat exchanger.
A cover must be fitted for the servo drive when the unit is installed outdoors.
The servo drive must be installed in an area where the temperature is above – 5°C.
The pre and post-heating water heat exchangers are supplied with a hydraulic kit (as an additional package) consisting of:
a three-way calibration valve with servo drive;

pipes to connect the valve to the inlets and outlets of the exchanger;
After connecting the hydraulic kit to the manifolds of the coil, make the electrical connection by joining the pair of connectors (see
the chapter "JOINING THE SECTIONS").
