Starting up and shutting down the boat.

WARNING
• Always keep the motor compartment closed when powering on the boat.
• Never step onto the swim ladder when the motor is running.
You can unlock or shut down your Eelex 8000 using the key, the X Shore web app, or the Captain's watch (optional
accessory). The motor is activated separetely using the Activation button.

Start up the boat

Start up using the key
1. Insert the key into the lock in the steering consol and unlock. Wait for the touchscreen to start up.
2. Press the Activation button.
The motor is activated.
Start up using the web app
1. Open a web browser on the phone and go to app.xshore.net.
2. Select Login and sign in.
3. Select Unlock.
The touchscreen starts up.
4. On the boat, press the Activation button.
The motor is activated.
Start up using the Captain's watch
The Captain's watch is an optional accessory for Eelex 8000.
Please note that the watch and the boat must be paired and within 10 meters of each other to communicate. See Pair
your boat with your Captain's watch (Optional), page 23.
