Move the roller (A) with the buttons on the display so that you can sit down more easily.
Select the workload with the buttons on the display.
Place your feet on the footrest (B).
In the starting position, your torso should be bent forward, with the roller (A) resting
just below your shoulders at shoulder blade height.
In the event of an emergency, press the red button (D). When the button is pressed,
the workload is released and the automatic movement of the roller stops.
