USING THE EQUIPMENT
Pull with both arms simultaneously until they are fully bent, then extend both arms
at the same time.
Maintain a smooth controlled speed; we recommend a slower speed during the return
phase than when moving outwards.
During the return movement of the last repetition, stand up and let go of the handgrips,
lowering the load down slowly.
