USING THE EQUIPMENT
Extend your arms upward at the same time, keeping your shoulders, elbows and
wrists at the same level.
Maintain a smooth controlled speed; we recommend a slower speed during the return
phase than when moving outwards.
Placing your grip closer or wider permits you to vary the trajectory of your arm
movements from more convergent to more open exercises.
