7 Pre-Installation Checklist

This checklist is to be filled in by the customer to confirm that all relevant factors concerned with
the installation have been considered and dealt with.
On completion of the list, a copy should be forwarded to the local Thermo Fisher
Scientific organisation with a request for installation to be carried out. Failure to send the
checklist may result in delays with the instrument installation, any delays may incur extra charge.
