C12 Controller Minimum Voltage Adjustment Setting

Enter C12 parameter setting interface, C12 parameter column flashes.
C12 is controller minimum operating voltage adjustment setting (tiny adjustment of
voltage shortage), the default value is 4, and the setting range is 0-7, press
(UP) or button (DOWN) for selection.
