- Page 4 PGRADE NSTRUCTIONS LOOR EVEL LOSURES 1. Remove all floor-level closure panels from the riser set (if riser set is assembled). 3. Replace the clips on the front and side floor level closures: a. Use a 3/8” wrench or ratchet to loosen the nut. b.
- Page 5 PGRADE NSTRUCTIONS ( CONTINUED LEVATION LOSURES 1. Remove all elevation closure panels from the riser set (if riser set is assembled). 2. Discard all of the existing loose lower clips. 3. Replace any damaged or broken positioning brackets: a. Use a Phillips Head screwdriver to remove the screw attatching the bracket to the clousure panel.
- Page 6 SSEMBLY NSTRUCTIONS ISER SSEMBLY 1. Disassemble the rest of the riser set. a. Detach all unit to unit connectors from adjacent staging units. Remove all metal spacer brackets connecting the leg assembly and set aside. 2. Set up the back row of platforms (including any rear extensions), to verify that there is enough space for the full riser set.
- Page 7 SSEMBLY NSTRUCTIONS ( CONTINUED 6. Align the edges of the pie-shaped units vertically. Make sure the corners of the decks are aligned. Align the edges 7. Connect all matching height units together using the unit-to-unit clamps. 8. Connect different height pie-shaped units together using the existing metal spacer assemblies.
- Page 8 SSEMBLY NSTRUCTIONS ( CONTINUED LOOR EVEL LOSURE SSEMBLY 1. Place interlocking leg spacers on the floor under the inside legs of the front row of the rectangular units as shown in the illustration. Platform legs fit into the hole in the center of the spacer. This provides a backstop for the front floor closure panels.
