TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom
MCH will not turn on
System will not
operate, but the
touchscreen display is
on
Main power switch
lights up, but
touchscreen display is
off and system will not
operate.
No circulation on main
water connections
Possible Cause
Unplugged
No electric power at receptacle
Internal wiring continuity
Mains power switch (integral
circuit breaker) tripped
Faulty mains power switch
Faulty temperature control
circuitry
Internal wiring continuity
Disconnected DC Power Supply, or
other loose internal wiring
Faulty DC Power Supply
Pump not activated
Internal Recirculation Valve set to
INTERNAL or OFF
Blockage in water tank
Blockage in external tubing
Pump wiring fault
Faulty pump or pump circuitry
Solution
Plug into a dedicated "hospital grade" 20A
receptacle.
Contact hospital maintenance personnel
to check electrical outlets and power
source.
Have qualified service personnel inspect
the internal wiring for loose connections.
Reset the system's circuit breaker by
turning the mains power switch off. Wait 1
minute, then turn the mains power switch
on. If the breaker immediately trips, have
qualified service personnel check for a
direct short.

for an open in the DC Power Supply input
wiring.
Have qualified service personnel inspect
the internal wiring for disconnected plugs
or loose wire connections.

Place system in RUN mode to activate the
pump.
Adjust Internal Recirculation Valve to
NORMAL position.
Clean mesh strainers at the bottom of the
water tank with a nylon brush.
Inspect the external tubing for closed
valves, kinks, bends or other blockage.
Have qualified service personnel inspect
the internal wiring for loose connections.
