CLAMP BRACKET/THRUST BLOCK
• Apply the Water Resistant Grease to the clamp bracket
through swivel shaft bolt hole.
• Install the clamp bracket starboard side 1, the tilt friction
washer 2 and the swivel shaft bolt 3.
 99000-25161: SUZUKI WATER RESISTANT GREASE
• Install the thrust block 5 with the lower thrust mount and the
tilt lock bolt 4.
• Install the tilt friction washer 6 and the clamp bracket port
side 7.
• Install the tilt friction washer 8 and the swivel shaft nut 9.
• Tighten the swivel shaft nut to the specified torque.
 Swivel shaft nut: 10 N·m (1.0 kg-m, 7.0 lb-ft)
• Apply the Thread Lock to the swivel shaft nut.
 99000-32050: THREAD LOCK "1342"
• Install the tilt lock spacer 0 and the tilt lock wing nut A.
• Install the tilt lock pin B to the tilt lock bolt.
