    CFETF1029-2xx Installation -- Continued Connect the fiber cable Locate or build 100Base-FX compliant fiber cable with male, single- stranded simplex connectors installed at both ends. Connect the simplex connector at one end of the cable to the single- strand fiber port on the first CFETF1029-2xx media converter. Connect the simplex connector at the other end of the cable to the single- strand fiber port on the second CFETF1029-2xx media converter.
