Power Connector external UNO-2271G V2 comes with a Phoenix connector that carries 10 - 30 V power input, and features reversed wiring protection. Therefore, the system will not accrue damage from reversed polarity of ground lines and power lines. (Please refer to User Manual - Appendix A.1 for pin assignments)
2.1.2.3 USB Connector UNO-2271G V2 features 2 x USB ports for Rev. 3.2 specifications. The USB connec- tors support plug-and-play and hot-swap-ping functionality for external devices. 2.1.3.5 COM Connector The second stack extension kit of UNO-2271G V2 provides has 2 COM RS232/422/ 485 ports of terminal block type. They offer transmission speeds of 50 ~115.2 kbps. The default mode for both COM ports (COM1&COM2) is RS-232 Mode. Settings can be adjusted via an on-board switch (SW1).

Chassis Grounding The UNO-2271G V2 provides good EMI protection and a stable grounding base and there is an easy-to-connect chassis grounding point for this purpose. Insert the M.2 2230 card at the location of “CN40” and lock the screw. Antenna Installation (Optional) UNO-2271G V2 reserves pre-cut antenna hole for wireless connection. Follow the steps below for installation the SMA cable and antenna. Remove the 5 screws from the back cover of UNO.
Remove the plug of the antenna’s pre-cut hole(s) on the rear panel. Assemble SMA cable on the pre-cut hole. Assemble the antenna on the SMA connector of the antenna cable. BIOS Setting With the BIOS Setup program, you can modify BIOS settings and control the special features of your computer.

A.13 TCO Setting for Watchdog OS support The UNO-2271G V2 systems supports Watchdog timer. TCO can be enabled or dis- abled in the BIOS menu by following the instructions: TCO enable for Linux OS use (BIOS default). TCO disable for Windows OS use.
