Logfile/Save/Reset
The following actions also create a logfile entry:
Turning off the unit

This automatically saves the counts and resets the counters.
Removing the laser fiber
•
This automatically creates a log file entry with the current totals. The totals are reset to
zero.
Inactivity
•
Once a preset time period adjustable across a range of 10 to 30 min (LOGFILE TIMEOUT)
has elapsed after the last emission of laser light, the following query is displayed: "Save
totals to logfile?" If you confirm with Yes, a log entry is created. If No or Back is selected,
the totals are retained for continued application of the laser.
This automatic function can be switched off (TIMEOUT ∞).

Select Logfile/Save/reset

This function registers the current counter
readings in the logfile and resets the
counters to zero. The log entry is marked
with the date and time when the summation
process started.
A confirmation query is displayed prior to
saving the values and resetting the
counters.
Confirm the query with Yes.
•
The summation process will be restarted as
soon as laser light is emitted next time.
Selecting BACK or No returns you to the
•
Logfile menu without deleting or saving
anything.
