The above screenshot shows the laser
display during laser power setting
(4, highlighted field in orange). Pressing the
rotary switch axially confirms the value and
terminates the power setting process.
The laser display (1, Fig. 6-6) consists of the
following elements:
Name (1) of the currently set laser
program – with notice "modified" (5) if
the stored program has been changed in
any way
Information line (2) for notices or
actions to be carried out
Program parameters (3) – The
following parameters can be set at the
user's choice:
— laser power (watts)
— operating mode
— pulse time and pulse pause
(seconds)
— work suction VAC (percent) and
— work flow AIR (percent)

Active field (4) – The highlighted field
(orange) shows the parameter which can
now be adjusted.
Laser status indicator (6)
see section 6.6.10 "Laser Status Indicator",
page 51.
Date and time (7)
The format of date and time depends on the
selected menu language.

All other languages: 05.07.2017 15:11
Computed display values (8) for
— average power (W),
— number of pulses,
— laser duration (total treatment time in
hours, minutes and seconds) and
— applied laser energy (joules)
Menu section (9)
BACK – This command is used to exit
the current menu level,
Last Used Programs – Indicates the
4 last-used programs,
Programs – Offers menus for working with
programs,
VAC – Menu for smoke evacuator setting,
AIR – Menu for airflow setting,
Setup – Menus for device parameter
setting
Filter Life (10) – indicates the residual
capacity or the need of replacement of the
main filter (see section 6.6.11
"FILTER LIFE", page 52).
