17. Calculate the standard deviation of each of the corrected axes (Easting and Northing) and
then calculate the average standard deviation:
18. Now adjust the Latency value (in red) to minimize the Avg Standard Deviation
19. Once you have found the minimum Average Standard Deviation, this is the latency value to
use for this GPS unit.
