To zoom in or out the picture [ZOOM]

¶ W hile a JPEG im age is displayed on the TV screen

Press ZOOM + or –.
Pressing Z O O M + causes the unit to zoo m in on the
im age, and pressing Z O O M – causes the unit to
zoo m out.
Each tim e you press Z O O M +, the m agnification is
doubled (up to × 1024).
Each tim e you press Z O O M –, the m agnification is
halved (do w n to × 1/8).

At the top left of the screen, the inform ation for the
current m agnification appears for 5 seconds. W hile
zoo m ed in, an indication of the zoo m ed im age
position also is displayed. The next step can be
used to m ove the im age position.

Use 5/∞/2/3 to move the zoomed position.
If no button pressed for 5 seconds, the inform ation
for the current m agnification disappears.
To display the inform ation, press Z O O M +/– or 5/∞/
2/3 again.

NOTES
• You can zoom in or out of a picture in slide show mode
if the show is paused (see next column).
• To return to a normal screen:
Press E NTER.
• The image may look coarse when a zoomed image is
displayed.

To see pictures continuously
[slide show mode]
You can see files (still pictures) one after another
auto m atically in the slide sho w m ode.
In this m ode, each file (still picture) is displayed for
approxim ately 3 seconds. The next file will then be
displayed.

Press 3.
The slide sho w starts fro m the beginning of the
disc.
NOTES
• To stop slide show playback (to dismiss the picture) in
the middle of slide show playback:
Press 7 or M E N U.
The TV screen returns to sho wing the JPEG C O NTROL
display.
Pressing 3 resu m es slide sho w playback fro m the last
picture displayed.
• To keep showing the current picture while in slide show
mode:

Press or E NTER.
The picture does not change to the next picture.

• If a black screen appears continuously in the slide show
playback:
The file currently displayed m ay be non-baseline JPEG
file. In this case, select a playable file (a baseline JPEG
file) again (e.g., pressing
C O NTROL display, etc).
N ote that it m ay take a long tim e to select another file.
