The instructions apply for the IP232 and IP222 phones. The IP232 has a touch screen instead of the function keys next to the display. On the IP222, apps are selected via the two function keys at the bottom. On the IP232, it suffices to touch the app icon.

Accept call: Pick up handset, press to accept the call in handsfree mode, press
to accept the call in head set mode.
Reject call: press .
Call forward: Press before accepting the call, enter the number for the call forward and confirm by pressing
again.
Dialling: Enter the telephone number; to dial by name, long press to change to characters and enter name, select the required entry by pressing the rocker key to go down; initiate call by picking up the handset.
Call completion on missed call: Press , if necessary, use the rocker key to go down and select the desired call, initiate call by picking up the handset.
Redial: Press , if necessary, use the rocker key to go down and select the desired entry, initiate call by picking up the handset.
Send message: Enter telephone number or name, select entry and select the message in the entry. Type a message and press OK to send.
Set call diversion: Select the phone app, go to the second page „Call settings" and set the desired call diversion.
Set Presence: Select Home app, press on current availability. Select respective activity and press OK to confirm.
Transfer to hands-free: long press and hang up.
Terminate hands-free: Pick up handset or terminate call by pressing .
Consultation call: Press , select number or name for con- sultation call. Terminate consultation with
and return to initial call.
Toggle: Press and initiate second call. Press
again to switch between the two calls. Press to separate the calls again.
Transfer: Select arrow icon , enter the name or phone number for the new call, select desired entry and confirm with „Transfer".
Conference: Set up two calls by means of and switch to the conference with the Conference icon
The Conference is separated into two calls by pressing the conference icon
again. Hang up to terminate.
Quick transfer: Press and dial the destination number. The existing call to the destination number is transferred by hanging up and the person on the other end of the line hears the ring tone until the destination number accepts the call.
Blind transfer: Select arrow icon , enter the destination number and press OK
to confirm. Both calls are connected to each other by hanging up without the callers being put in the wait queue.
Select C icon in the phone app and, if necessary, arrange a callback, start redialling or send a message.
