MAINTENANCE

Periodically analyse combustion gases and check emissions values.
Periodically replace the gas filter, whenever it is dirty.
Check that all components of the combustion head are in good
condition, have not been deformed by high temperatures and
contain no impurities or deposits from the installation environment
or from poor combustion; check the efficiency of electrodes. If the
combustion head needs to be cleaned, remove the components
following the procedure indicated below:
• unscrew the four anchoring screws (N), and open the ventilating
body;
• pull out the ignition and ionisation cables (I) from their electrode
terminals (L);
• unscrew the ring (R) from the nipple (P);
completely unscrew the two screws (O) and pull out the
•
entire mixer unit in the direction shown by the arrow.

Move forward to open passage of air between disk and
diffuser. Move back to close.
