2nd parameter

General

IMPORTANT! Only parameters r (welding circuit resistance) and L (welding cir-
cuit inductivity) are available for TIG welding.
2nd parameter The Eln function (characteristic selection) can be configured separately for the
processes "MMA welding", "MMA welding with Cel electrode" and "Special pro-
cesses". The setting is stored until the respective set value is changed.
The Eln (characteristic selection) function and the available settings are descri-
bed in the section headed "MMA welding".

Electrode line - characteristic selection - con / 0.1 - 20 / P
Factory setting
The function r (welding circuit resistance) is described in the section "Measu-
ring welding circuit resistance r".
CSS
Comfort Stop Sensitivity - sensitivity of the response characteristic of the TIG
Comfort Stop function: 0.5 - 5.0
Factory setting
IMPORTANT! A standard value setting of 2.0 is recommended for the CSS pa-
rameter. However, if the welding process is frequently stopped unintentionally,
increase the value for the CSS parameter.
Depending on the value of the CSS parameter, it may be necessary to lengthen
the arc to trigger the TIG Comfort Stop function:

The L function (welding circuit inductivity) is described in the section "Display-

The "ASt" (anti-stick) function is described in the section headed "MMA wel-
ding".
