Incomplete Registration Status
If the registration is incomplete, the system should be activated through the following steps.

In a browser, visit the LG EnerVu website at
https://na.enervu.lg-ess.com.
The [Sign In] page will appear. Enter the
installer' s email address and password, then
select [Sign In].
Select [In progress System] under the
[System] menu.
Choose the name of the system you would
like to monitor.
Many times, the system has an incomplete
status because the time zone setting in the
ESS system does not match the EnerVu
system settings.
If this is the case, the ESS system will not be
registered. Please return to Step 1.
Next, check the region that the system is in
and set the time zone again.
If the above condition is fulfilled, the installer
can then add and monitor the ESS system.
