Completely blank pages
Cause
There may be no toner in
the imaging cartridge.
The imaging cartridge is
not installed correctly.
The problem may be with
your software program or
interface cable.
What to do
If the toner status in the EPSON
Status Monitor 3 utility indicates that
the amount of toner is low, see
Chapter 6, "Replacing the Imaging
Cartridge," for information on
replacing the imaging cartridge.
Check that the imaging cartridge is
installed as described under
"Replacing" on page 113 .
Print a status sheet from the printer
driver. If blank pages continue to
print, the problem may be with the
printer. Turn off the printer and
contact your dealer.
