Clearing jams from the optional envelope feeder

Remove the envelope feeder. See

Push up on the latch to release the duplex unit door (Door E).

Gently lower the door to the open position.

Pull up on handle to open the printer side door (Door A).

Pull the jammed envelope straight out.

Close the printer side door (Door A).

Close the duplex unit door (Door E).

Reinstall the envelope feeder. See
