2. Remove the 14 screws (M2x2 Big Head) that secure the keyboard shield to the palm-rest assembly.
3. Peel the tape that secures the keyboard shield to the palm-rest assembly.
4. Lift the keyboard shield off the keyboard.

5. Remove the 14 screws (M1.2xL1.4) that secure the keyboard to the palm-rest assembly.
6. Lift the keyboard, along with the cables, off the palm-rest assembly.
