Put the splitter in its upper position.

Replace the saw table insert.
WARNING!
Replace damaged or blunt kickback hooks.
Damaged or blunt kickback hooks do not
ensure correct kickback protection – risk of
serious personal injury. Kickback hooks must
only be used for through sawing.
FITTING THE BLADE GUARD
1.
Fit the blade guard (A) with the screw (B)
over the splitter (C) so that the screw is
firmly gripped in the slot on the splitter (C).

2.
Do not overtighten the screw (B) – the
blade guard (A) should be able to move
freely.
3.
Connect the suction hose to the suction
adapter and the connection on the blade
guard (A).
4.
Connect a suitable extraction device to
the suction adapter.
Remove in the reverse order.
WARNING!
The blade guard (A) must always be lowered
over the workpiece before starting to saw.
ASSEMBLY OF SAW TABLE
EXTENSIONS
1.
Fit the saw table extensions on the saw
table with the screws, nuts and washers.
Do not fully tighten the screw joint.
2.
Screw the struts (A) on the saw casing and
on the saw table extensions.

3.
Align the saw table extensions so that
they are level with saw table.
4.
Tighten all the screw connections.
CHANGING THE DEPTH
ADJUSTMENT OF THE BLADE

The depth of the blade should be adjusted so
that the outer tips protrude 3 to 6 mm over
the workpiece, while the bottom of the gaps
between the teeth should be below the top
surface of the workpiece.
1.
Turn the lock lever for the bevel angle to
the right.
2.
Lift up the blade by turning the knob
to adjust the depth/bevel angle setting
clockwise, or lower it by turning the knob
anticlockwise.
SETTING THE ANGLE OF THE BLADE
(BEVEL ANGLE)
The bevel angle can be adjusted from 90° to
45° with the help of the gear rack mechanism.
NOTE:
A cut with a 90° angle has a bevel angle of
0° and a cut with a 45° angle has a bevel
angle of 45°.
1.
Pull out the plug.
2.
Release the lock lever for the bevel angle.
Set the bevel angle to 45° by moving the
knob for the depth/bevel angle setting
to the right. Tighten the lock lever for the
bevel angle.
