STEP ASSEMBLE FRAME Carefully lift and insert bottom pole into base stem (Fig. 4) and tighten base stem clamp to secure in place (Fig. 5). Loosen the base stem clamp by turning the clamp counter-clockwise. Rotate the umbrella to the desired position.
